Agent-Accelerated Junior Consultant — Headswap (Zurich)
We are Headswap, a small Zurich consultancy helping Swiss SMEs get real value from AI and Salesforce. We are looking for a junior consultant who works with AI agents the way the rest of the industry will in two years.
As a small business, your performance is about as close to the bottom line as you can get.

- You know what a database is, how to structure data, and the principles of processing it.
- You can whisper to Claude Code or Codex like the horse whisperer — and find the 10x unlocks.
- You speak Swiss-German and build relationships through social finesse, organised dependability, and getting real working solutions that bring value into the hands of our clients.
