Responsibilities
You take a client from problem to solution and you are involved in every step.
Gather requirements. You speak directly with business owners and translate real world problems into clear, actionable solution designs.
Build alongside our Solution Architect. This is not a pure PM role. You configure, implement and develop using Salesforce, automation tools and whatever the project needs. You get your hands dirty. The ramp up is fast but you are never alone.
Keep projects healthy. Scope, timeline, budget. You track them, flag issues early and act before things escalate. We run many projects in parallel, so multitasking comes with the territory.
Coordinate the team. You delegate, unblock and keep things moving across simultaneous workstreams.
Own your clients. You are the main contact for a set of Swiss SME clients. You manage the relationship, the communication and the trust.
Requirements
You get things done. When something is blocked, you unblock it. If you are stuck, you reach out for support proactively.
You are solution oriented: you come with a point of view, not just a problem. When you need help, you ask early and you come with options.
You are genuinely energised by juggling several things at once. Managing three client projects in parallel does not stress you out. It motivates you.
You like doing things for the first time. A new industry, a new tool, a client requirement nobody has solved before. That is interesting to you, not intimidating.
You communicate well. With clients, with the team, in writing and in calls. You are clear, direct and know how to adapt your register depending on who is in the room.
You are organised and dependable. Not because someone asks you to be, but because you understand that good organisation is what lets you move fast without dropping things.
You have been client facing before and you are comfortable there. Decision makers do not intimidate you.
Solid project management experience. You have taken projects end to end, planned milestones, followed a timeline and coordinated team work.
Tech savvy and good at prompting. You pick up new tools quickly and you have already built something with AI (side-projects also count).
Fluent in German and English. Both are essential.
Salesforce knowledge is a plus (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and basic admin). French or Italian too.
