Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

From day one, you’ll be part of our team—creating digital solutions for Swiss companies and helping drive their adoption. In this program, you’ll learn to:


  • Develop smart internal business applications using modern low-code tools.
  • Understand client needs and craft solutions that deliver real value.
  • Connect with decision-makers and build trusted relationships.
  • Communicate and negotiate to create win-win outcomes.
  • Hit clear sales targets that help drive our growth—and your own.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. But you should be:

✅ A self-starter who loves to learn by doing.

✅ Motivated and target-oriented—with a passion for sales.

✅ Curious about technology and how it transforms businesses.

✅ A great communicator, comfortable talking with people from all backgrounds.

✅ Fluent in French or German (professional level).

✅ Able to work from our Zurich office at least 50% of the time.

💸 Starting salary: CHF 3,000 per month, increasing at defined performance-based milestones. A variable compensation component is added based on sales performance.

📈 Structured growth: You’ll progress through clearly defined levels over 24 months — with each step tied to specific sales and delivery milestones. As you advance, your base salary increases by CHF 500 per level.
