From day one, youâll be part of our teamâcreating digital solutions for Swiss companies and helping drive their adoption. In this program, youâll learn to:
Requirements
We donât expect you to know everything on day one. But you should be:
â A self-starter who loves to learn by doing.
â Motivated and target-orientedâwith a passion for sales.
â Curious about technology and how it transforms businesses.
â A great communicator, comfortable talking with people from all backgrounds.
â Fluent in French or German (professional level).
â Able to work from our Zurich office at least 50% of the time.

đ¸ Starting salary: CHF 3,000 per month, increasing at defined performance-based milestones. A variable compensation component is added based on sales performance.
đ Structured growth: Youâll progress through clearly defined levels over 24 months â with each step tied to specific sales and delivery milestones. As you advance, your base salary increases by CHF 500 per level.
